This is a taste of the exceptional dining experience you will savor aboard LUNA while indulging in the most beautiful sailing spots on Earth.  Our menu is inspired by our family roots and our well-travelled explorers’ influence. ​

Our custom charters include all breakfasts, lunches and dinners, full bar and antojitos or "little cravings" throughout the day. If you prefer to leave some room to explore the island flavors, you may opt for half board which includes all breakfasts, four lunches and three dinners aboard with full bar. Chef Fabiola also has a full menu of vegetarian dishes and can accommodate most dietary requirements with sufficient notice.

Breakfast

Wake up with a cup of coffee, espresso or cappuccino from our professional-grade espresso machine.

All breakfasts are served with coffee, tea, juice, and a fresh fruits platter. A light breakfast of cereal, granola, yogurt, honey and homemade preserves is always available. ​

  • Egg omelet – your choice of veggies or meats, cheese, breakfast potatoes

  • Breakfast sandwich – toasted bagel, rosemary ham, aged cheddar cheese, fried egg

  • Challah French toasts, macerated berries, crispy bacon

  • Tortilla española – eggs and potatoes omelet, breakfast sausage

  • Fluffy pancakes stuffed with homemade preserves or Nutella

  • Fried eggs over vegetable hash, crispy bacon

 

Lunch

  • Seafood and avocado boat, lemon-lime rémoulade, fresh greens

  • Caribbean Chicken Salad, honey-lime vinaigrette

  • Fresh caught mahi-mahi fish tacos, cabbage slaw, chipotle crema

  • Fresh fish or shrimps ceviche, avocado, tostada

  • Grilled chicken skewers, fresh local greens salad, lemony tahini dressing

  • Beef sliders, brioche buns

 

 

Dinner

Appetizers

  • Tuna tartare, avocado, lime soy vinaigrette

  • Roasted cherry tomatoes caprese, fresh burrata, crusty bread

  • Mediterranean platter, cheese and charcuterie board, marinated olives

  • Stuffed piquillo peppers, spinach and goat cheese

  • Fresh guacamole, plantain chips

  • Polenta crostinis, wild mushrooms ragoût

 

Mains

  • Thinly sliced grilled flank steak, chimichurri, smashed roasted potatoes, roasted peppers

  • Shrimp, creamy garlic sauce, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, asparagus

  • Israeli style grilled chicken, pilaf rice, vegetable kebab

  • Cuban citrus marinated pork tenderloin, rice and beans, plantains

  • Orecchiette, pesto sauce

  • Pan seared wahoo, tropical mango and avocado salsa, sweet potatoes mash

 

Desserts

  • Salted caramel cheesecake

  • Brioche bread pudding

The Bar​

Juice, sodas, coffee, tea, beer, Luna’s signature cocktail and mixed drinks are available all day for your enjoyment.

Spirits selection include Tito's Handmade vodka, Tanqueray gin, Jose Cuervo tequila, Jack Daniel’s whiskey, Caribbean rum, and a variety of liquors. Red and white wines are paired with dinner.

Please remember to let us know your favorite brands and we will happily stock them for you. If you prefer premium wines, champagne or spirits not included in the list above, we will be happy to stock them for you at an additional cost to the charter.
